Returns and Refunds Policy
Changed your mind? No problem.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Before sending anything back, please contact us to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). This helps us process your return efficiently. You’ll need to return the goods at your own cost, and we kindly ask that you:
Make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging
Securely wrap the items to avoid any damage during transit
Include a note or copy of your confirmation email with the RAN, if possible
Clearly write the Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the parcel
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Please also keep proof of postage until your refund has been issued.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days (excluding any shipping costs).
Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or a full refund as needed. In many cases, we can also arrange free collection of the faulty item.
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we’ll offer a repair or replacement, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and your product warranty.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
