DISPATCH INFORMATION

UK: Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be processed same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

We will endeavour to process all orders within these timeframes, however, there may be delays during busy sale periods.

If you have purchased any products on pre-order, please note that we may wait to dispatch your entire order once all items are in stock.

 

FOR DELIVERIES TO THE UK:

NOTE: For Mainland UK, we use an overnight delivery service provided by DPD.

Important information:

DPD – you will receive an SMS / email on the day of delivery, with a 1-hour delivery time slot. You will be invited to reschedule the delivery, if required.

We’re temporarily unable to ship orders to the USA, Canada and EU countries while we review recent customs and import changes.

We’re sorry for any disappointment and hope to resume shipping to these destinations as soon as possible. UK delivery is unaffected.
