• Returns & Refunds

  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return eligible non-personalised products within 30 days of delivery.

  Items returned under our 30-day returns policy must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage.

  As personalised rocking toys are engraved especially for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or mistakes in the engraving details you've supplied.
