Valerie Watson November 29, 2023The scottie dog had seen better days, and I decided to see if I could repair him so I contacted Rachel and she was so very helpful and gave me some great advice, I ended up getting a new set of wheels and a handle took the original to pieces with her instruction and washed and brushed the scottie, put his new handle and wheels on and he is like new again, thank you so much Rachel for the excellent advice and service would highly recommend this company and its products
